The website does not feature an account system.

The website does not voluntarily store any cookies. Any cookies potentially stored by the host are beyond the journal's ability to control.

The journal does not voluntarily generate any visitor analytics.

Submission-related correspondence and editorial records are retained for journal administration, including journal metrics and archival for any disputes. Emails generally are additionally retained for archival purposes.

The website does not include any advertisements, nor do the journal's owners track visitors in any manner by their own voluntary systems.

The website's hosting provider may temporarily possess server logs and IP addresses as a part of regular web infrastructure. The website's hosting provider and control panel track limited traffic statistics and other statistics through the awstats system, without input by the journal, but able to be seen by the journal. The journal does not sell statistics or share them, utilizing them solely for feedback for visibility and traffic optimization. The journal does not control what the hosting provider and control panel do with generated analytics.

All submissions and contact occur outside the website, in forms such as email and other platforms.

Published articles are public archival material.

As an open access journal, all articles, responses, and editorial statements on the website are non-exclusively licensed for permanent, eternal, and irrevocable archival, public visibility, dissemination by the journal, and ability to be downloaded and shared, on the website. The specific extent of allowed use for others than those in licensed agreements is dictated by the license listed on each article, response, and editorial statement individually as decided by the author(s). Copyright for the works are retained by their author(s).

The journal does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website and its contents.

The journal website is intended as informational and academic content, and disseminates and hosts such informational and academic content, in addition to standard journal and website administration necessitites such as policies and contact information.

Any external links within published archival material are third-party, and therefore, the journal cannot guarantee the safety of any such external links.

As the copyright holder has Finnish citizenship and resides in Finland, the journal's jurisdiction of laws is Finland.

I, in signing this publication agreement with Aku Lemmy Taavetti Jutila, transferable by him to an organization if so chosen by him, or inherited through his will, henceforth referred to as the journal, I hereby agree to the following terms through the best of my ability and knowledge:

- That I am the author, or one of the authors of the manuscript I have submitted, and that I, and all my co-authors, hereby consent to this publication agreement, giving our permission to it, allowing me to speak on their behalf.

- That I agree to grant the journal a permanent and irrevocable non-exclusive license to modify, publish, archive, host, disseminate, and make freely downloadable, the manuscript I have submitted. I retain the right to decide the license upon which the readers of the journal may utilize the manuscript beyond what rights I have granted to the journal. I agree that it will be my responsibility to pursue any legal claims regarding such licenses, and the journal has no obligation to partake in legal action in any manner.

- That I have either the copyright, or a license, to host any third-party material within the manuscript, and to have them be in a published version of the manuscript as well.

- That I have, to the best of my knowledge, not signed any publication agreements that forbid the publication of this manuscript in this journal, for reasons such as exclusive licenses, or non-exclusive licenses that nevertheless prohibit publication in other academic journals.

- That I have, to the best of my knowledge, not included any defamatory or misleading content within the manuscript, and agree to take all legal responsibility for any such claims against the manuscript, and the journal as a result for having published it.

- That I agree to the journal having the right to issue corrections, and to retract my manuscript, at its discretion. Retraction does not revoke the publication agreement, the journal retains its rights, and the author retains their legal responsibilities.

- That I agree to indemnify any losses by the journal due to legal action against my manuscript in the context of the journal.

- That I agree to there being no royalties or other payments by the journal for publishing and hosting my manuscript.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Finland, and the jurisdiction for legal action are Finnish courts.
